What are your boards served on?

Our boards are served on compostable palm leaf platters that are yours to keep or dispose of.

 

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance of your desired delivery date.

 

What if I need to cancel my order?

All boards are made to order and require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery/pick-up are nonrefundable.  

 

Where do you deliver? 

We currently deliver in the East Bay. If you are outside of the area, please send us a message via our Contact form and we will assess whether we can accommodate your delivery.

 

When do you deliver? 

We deliver Wednesday through Sunday between noon and 4:00 p.m. Your delivery window will be confirmed 24 hours prior to your event. Please note at this time we cannot guarantee delivery times.

 

Can I request customizations to my board? 

Yes! When you place your order, there will be a field to indicate any preferences or modifications you have. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
